Am feeling so damn miserable lor. Very worried abt the amt of work I've taken on....I should really have turned down the SM offer. Sigh.... *cough cough*

So like my high fever has finally gone down, but my long-lost enemy -- asthma, who hasn't appeared for the last 10 yrs or thereabouts has resurfaced...and giving me one helluva time.

There are pple i'm supposed to meet, to take stuff frm, pass things to, and classes to go to but all cannot because of this bloody illness. Dammit lah.....all my responsibilities have been put on hold...and tts so not gd!!!

Sigh...dunno wat the hell came over my body....and I just had like damn high fever lor. Sianz....and means I'm gonna miss Jon's lessons today!! -_-

We have a new look again!

Had a bit of a dilemma with this one cos I think it looks...not as happening as the previous one..but was getting abit sick of the previous look also lah. Juz spent the last 1 and a half hrs trying to customize the darned thing, and somehow weird stuff still seem to be appearing! I can't seem to get rid of the funny "A" thingies tt seem to be jumping all around the page in a non-regular manner! Aargh.

But am rather pleased with myself! Cos I think it looks quite cool...now all I hafta do is to wait for unkymoods to start working again then i'll haf a nice pic there! Yay! Even managed to 'steal' the 'reverse button' thingy frm my previous blog. so crever right?? kekekeke

Am a little overwhelmed at the amount of work (tts not sch related) tts waiting for me....and now plus the fact tt I've taken on sthg new...oh well, better than not doing anything at all!

CNY has been alright...haven't done much visiting yet....and of cos ang pow collection is going a little slow. But in any case, had a v nice relaxed time.....drove into KL (and my dad lemme drive on the highway!!) Clocked at least 300 over km so am very proud of myself! Haha...

The weather's been pretty good too! Very very cool....juz perfect for sleeping! Off to bed then!

Hrm...had a rather gd weekend...although not a lot of rest but spent gd, quality time with the people I love. Also had inspiration for sthg tt I've wanted to do a long time ago..we'll see how tt turns out tho.

Lotsa webpages keep going under like construction or upgrading or sthg. Hmmmph. My mood hasn't showed for days liao....so sian....

David Gates is AMAZING!!!

I just watched his concert tonight and although it really did cost a bomb(but luckily parents went and so they paid!) Was telling Ivan that everytime I listen to Bread(the gp tt Gates used to sing with) I feel so inspired to learn how to play the guitar. Of course, he's not the only inspiration la...but a very big one I think. It's just amazing the stuff he does with the guitar...and all his songs are v poetic and the way he sings...it's a kinda quiet beauty that each piece exudes.

I guess most of the songs he sings are love songs, but with very interesting ways/metaphors/perspectives of love. Was just telling my mom tt no one has his kinda voice anymore...apparently my dad used to sing lots of them...but he hasn't really played the guitar and sung for anyone anymore...i wonder why?

It's been a rather terrible week tho, except for the highlight of this concert and the wonderful dinner after tt. It really makes me appreciate the company of my parents...cos sch's been really shitty...and I've been feeling incredibly stupid after some of my lessons...cos it's sthg tt i'm not entire familiar with.

And once again, kudos to NUS admin for being complete arseholes...and I'm very near the brink of just giving up...but I shall not let the system get to me! Yet, I wonder whether God is trying to tell me sthg. I've never felt this tired in a long long while...

Was also talking to Mavis in the canteen after an absolutely exhausting day, and we were saying how Ivan has an extremely comforting presence. And it's true..after telling him how stupid NUS is....a few words frm him kinda made things right again... so if you're reading this Ivan, "Thank you, from the bottom of my heart". =)

Am getting more and more stressed as the term moves on....cos....there's just so much to do.

Hrm...so seems like the prob was more wif singnet than with blogger. But tts cleared up already anyway so tts gd. Sch has only started for a week but I'm already quite bz. Am suffering from too little sleep too so am gonna get some shut eye before I start on my work and all.

My time table this sem has the workload getting heavier as the week progresses so tts not exactly v gd cos then my weekends would be left nua-ing and trying to recuperate. Had a to set up an acct on livejournal cos of Mel(Ooh...and I put up a siao pic of me too), but I seriously doubt I'll be updating it v much cos I just dun like the way it works lor...blogger is so much more user friendly and so fun when u can change the template and all too! Wanted to do tt for the new year but then got busy...and haven't managed to find another more happening template than this.

I think all the yr 3s now are facing some sort of questioning crisis and stuff cos like everyone's asking everyone "So what do u intend to do when u graduate?" Sigh. I seem to know...but in reality, I don't know leh. The details are all missing. Sianz....as Shane put on his blog, he wants a job where he can do nothing and still get paid. I also!!!

Ivan said was asking me the same thing abt what I wanna do and said sthg which made a lot of sense. It went sthg like this, "A tai-tai is just a rich housewife! How can u say u wanna be a tai-tai but not a housewife?" and he said I wanted to be just like my mom. Well....lemme see...my mom is kinda living the tai tai kinda life right now....but life wasn't always lidat for her. So yeah...I'd work at least a few years first. But oh well, no pt talking abt this kinda thing...when I'm on the road to marriage first then say. There are not enuff rich guys to go ard! And I'm graduating quite soon....cfm hafta work one!

Hrm...someone must be getting into the mood of "The Last Samurai" thingy. Chonghan and I can't decide whether it'll be a gd show or juz hollywood's dumb ideas of samurais.

Tis been 3 days of staying at home and relaxing. Finished a book tt was rather depressing but overall enjoyable. Watched LOTR too...and had a funny incident happen in the cinema...to do wif Legolas.
